Spooks in real time?

Hey everyone i am enjoying my time here

This is just a random question but would spooks work in real time format like 24?

Spooks has got the split screens like 24 but would it better if a clock ticks on the screen when the characters in spooks race against the clock to prevent a disaster happing on uk soil?

I think it would work so we can sit back and feel the suspence. don't get me wrong as spooks is gripping as it is but it would be even more gripping if it was set in real time

As i am also a massive fan of 24 and got all series, 24 did a brilliant job in real time as it had me on the edge of my seat alway through 8 seasons.

would be interesting but i think 24 works because that is what makes 24 different from other shows, i think making spooks real time would make it look as if it was trying to be a uk version. :/
