Wow... Lets hope we have the normal Spooks turn and Harry is let off the hook... Spooks without Harry? Simply unthinkable.

Oh yes, definitely. I am now screaming that Harry can't leave, that they've got to sort it out, but sadly I think this is Spooks bowing out. Which has just made me that bit sadder.

Why didn't they have a scene at the end where they all found out that Harry was alive? That would have been an amazing scene...

I'm just relieved that Harry didn't die at the end, I really thought he would for a while. I'm glad Lucas died for that reason.

Harry and Ruth BOTH live! I have to say I knew Lucas would do that, I knew he would go over the top of that building, He just wanted to end it all.
I wasn't sure if ruth was going to live or not, I thought Harry might be too late for her.
I knew Maya would be one for the chop as well, it gave Lucas nothing left to lose. I was hoping that actually Lucas was given a chance to live, just escape.
And as for that ending, seems like another cliffhanger, not a huge one but a cliffhanger none the less. I can understand why, for once Harry chose his heart over his head, there was bound to be backlash from it I just hope that he's not forced to retire and the fallout from Ruth wasn't huge, I expecte dher to be more angry with him, even though she did say that he should have let her go, it was her time.

Gotta say I was on edge the entire time for that episode! finally we know what Albany is suppose to be, fantasitc way to end the series...

As Iain Wylie said, it gave us something to think about until next year. If it's a season-long investigation/storyline, then perhaps we may see the return of Tom, Malcolm, Zoe? Perhaps it goes all the way back to when Harry joins Section D, so we may see how Harry meets Lucas, Connie, how Connie sold Lucas out etc. Total speculation obviously.

But I agree, that trailer at the end, was one of the best parts!

Actually, that's a point. For all my annoyance that he might get forced to take early retirement, at least he didn't get shot.

so he is dead then? are we definately sure? presume so.

seems they filmed the ending before they knew there would be a series 10. it seemed to end very..finally.. if that makes sense, as though the writers did think that might be the end.

i am shocked at the way lucas changed and feel that i still dont really know what was going on in his head. he just seemed so tormented.
