Spooks series 10 dvd out early November 2011, Universal will be releasing it has a 2 dvd set with SIX episodes.

I have seen some episodes and you'll never hear from me again.........

Suggesting an early September air date at the latest then.

Although, given that New Tricks ends on BBC1 on Monday 22nd August it could be aired as soon as the 29th if there's nothing 'special' to fill that slot.

We defianyely know there are some extras on the series 10 dvd if it is only 2 discs where are they going to fit them ?

When has a DVD released so close after the air date? If the Series begins in September, it ends in October yes? A month after the end of S10 they release the DVD? is this info reliable? Source anyone?

There were only 3 discs for S9 with the extras on the third disc which only had 2 episodes on, the other two had 3 eps each, they might have just enough room to fit the extras onto 2 discs with only 6 episodes... its strange though to have the release of the DVD so close the final episode air date if the Series ends in October, the S9 DVD came out in February 2011, the Series ended in November 2010 didn't it?

New Tricks will finish in early September as there is 10 episodes in the current series no?

I assume there will be extras on the DVDs to make them attractive to buy.

I hoped Universal would also be releasing a big box set to celebrate ten series of Spooks, perhaps for Christmas, but alas nothing on Amazon. Perhaps if our "Universal" spy drops in again, they could tell us?

Maybe that's why they are releasing the S10 DVD box so fast, so they can present the big all-including S1-S10 box (with plenty of extras) later!? They just want to give us a chance to save a bit of money to buy this too then...

if it is the end of august it will be up on thursday the press office is up to week 34 20-26 August 2011 and tis updates on a thursday after 1pm

Surely they wouldn't waste 6 episodes of Spooks in the dead summer run? I thought prime TV didn't start until mid September? Plus a few twitter leaks from TV critics slate thrid week of Sept start. Spooks deserves a prime slot especially
