RE: Look at all the cake and presents...
Naw that was a brilliant post Nirus. Especially the final lines... Ive loved this forum so much and become even more obsessed with the show since its discovery. A wonderful outlet for opinions, frustrations or just a simple chat with like minded people. Thanks to everyone who has made thiis place ablaze with spooks love and camaraderie.

RE: Look at all the cake and presents...
As I finished watching the final episode, I reflected on the events over the years (even though I got interested during the 7th series, then watched the prior series in a mad marathon) and how I felt about finding this forum - how the folks got on and along with each other, much as those on the Grid did. We shared triumphs and tragedy, got to know new friends around the world, bonded (and argued!) about events, and overall gathered together into a spectacular fan base for one of the best dramas I've ever watched. I knew about 5 minutes into scanning the site that I had to contribute and become a "Spook". I thereby raise my glass to not only Spooks, but to Nitrus - our Harry. Also, to the wonderful moderators who help keep the place in line. May the Grid never close, may you always stay safe, and Pactum Serva. Who knows, the rumours of movies/specials may not be too far off, considering how it ended?

Thanks on the other hand to Nitrus, Silktie, JHyde and Beatriz for all the work they've done on the forum! I've only been posting for the last few months (mainly to praise Silktie's wonderful Fanfics, of which the future of Spooks now hangs )but I've really enjoyed the discussions and how genuinely friendly and open to random points of discussion everyone has been. |

I got to listen to the interview on 5 Live last night (the only pleasure of west coast USA) and thought it was very well done, Nitrus.
