RE: Tom and Ellie
I agree. I was always sad they ended where they did, but understood why.
Maisie was OK, not too cutesy. Spoiler: show Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: Tom and Ellie
Hello!
Well for my Maisie wasn’t irritating but she wasn’t also cute or adorable. And I think that must of the relationship of Tom and Ellie was based on the relationship father-daughter that Tom and Maisie had. I agree with Tranquility, but I think that Ellie was more in love with the idea of a man who can take care of her and her daughter, and Maisie adored Tom. Actually one of my favorite scenes is when Tom was in the sofa complaining about the gun shot and Maisie hugged him, for me that was adorable. I think that had a lot of weight in the relationship of Tom and Ellie. Spoiler: show Ps: Sorry for the grammar mistakes |

RE: Tom and Ellie
No you did really well.
I agree that how Tom and Maisie got on may well have been key to Ellie wanting to string things out with Tom after she found out about him being a spy. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: Tom and Ellie
It's a good point Crisitos. I'm sure Ellie loved
(And, yes, for me Masie was irritating too ) When Tom told her who he was, neither of them handle it properly. -The moment Tom told her the truth, Danny called him and he lied again about he was going out for a drink, I think he could have said it was a matter of security; but lying again? definitely not a good idea. I understood Ellie's reaction, it was too much to take in, and out of the blue... But she couldn't make Tom choose between his job and her. It was asked before but, when is it the perfect moment to tell your boyfriend/girlfriend that you're an MI5 officer? It's a difficult question... Not the day of your wedding and definitely not in your first/second date... "Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt" Pactum serva |

RE: Tom and Ellie
The only thing I found irritating about Maisie was the way in which she kept exclaiming 'Matthew!'
Apart from that, I quite liked her, but Spoiler: show |

Quote:The only thing I found irritating about Maisie was the way in which she kept exclaiming 'Matthew! Jajajaja yeah that was really annoying! Quote:When Tom told her who he was, neither of them handle it properly. And I totally agree with you Beatriz, Tom didn’t handled the situation very well, but neither Ellie, I mean, it was insane that in the middle of a crisis she forced Tom to decide between his job and her. For me in that moment she didn’t want to be with him anymore and she only called him to forced him to choose his job, and that way Tom could take the blame for the rupture.
