Not necessarily. PJ Harvey, Elbow and others have all done OK for themselves. I was very happy Elbow won last year. Love them to bits.
Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

I am an uber Henry Rollins fan - Black Flag, Rollins band, spoken word, everything about him basically. Met him at the Edinburgh fringe last year and I was so in awe I couldn't speak. So much for my big chance messed that one up!!! Also like Iron Maiden, Jack Penate, REM, Pixies, Gene, Isosceles and Keane. Bit of a mix!

Love Falling Slowly, I saw the film (Once) and I think they're fantastic, both the film and the OST (I'm in love with Glen Hansard since then). Favourite music erm... Britpop in general: Coldplay, Keane, Travis... The Wave Pictures: I didn't know them but one friend of mine invited me to one of their concerts and I enjoyed a lot their music. I also like Bruce Springsteen (I went twice to his concerts and he's amazing), David Bowie, M.I.A., Queen, ABBA, The Killers, La Roux... As for Spanish artists I go for Joaquín Sabina (he's a singer-songwriter), Amaral, Love of Lesbian, Russian Red,... I'll stop here for the now... I'm lining up in a week or two to try and get a really cheap ticket to see Neko Case at the Sydney Festival. They sell tickets to all gigs for $25 on the morning of, and I really want to see her.
Yeah, Russian Red are cool. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: What music are you into?
I quite like Wise Guys - they're a German band that I listened to to improve my German for GCSE but now adore. I became a fan of them on facebook but unfortunately they keep posting updates and I have no idea what they're saying
DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: What music are you into?
So after Kirayuki's video I wanted to come and get excited about the song "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard and Marketa Iglova. They originally wrote it for an album of The Frames (GH's band) and then it went into the music for the film Once.
I would also recommend watching on youtube the clip of them getting their Oscars for this song. Totally hilarious and very touching both because of them and also thanks to Jon Stewart. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |
