RE: [spoilers] Nicola Walker
This Sunday, 27 March 2010, BBC Radio 7 is repeating the radio drama, The Birds, at 6 pm and again at midnight. Nicola has a small role in this. This radio adaptation is a more faithful interpretation of the original short story of the same name by Daphne du Maurier than the Hitchcock version. Presumably, they're giving this another airing because of the male lead in this radio drama, Neil Dudgeon, who plays the new lead in Midsomer Murders.
Non UK fans can listen to the programme via the BBC iPlayer which does not have any geographic restrictions for radio programmes. Don't miss! Lost in NicolaLand |

Very small article about NW in tonights London Evening Standard, in the Arts section. Lists her as one of 5 actors to look out for.

RE: [spoilers] Nicola Walker
Finally got to see L&O. She's great as a bady! At first she seemed a bit Ruth-like, but as her character developed, so did NW. That is her trade mark I think, the way she develops a character. I thought that in Seasons Greetings too.

RE: [spoilers] Nicola Walker
I thought she was absolutely wonderful in Seasons Greetings. I'm so very glad I got the chance to see her in that.
I wonder if Pie in the Sky has an evening showing too? I noticed it was on a few evenings ago. I'll just have to keep my eyes open. |
