I don't know I thought there would be something like for security around and there is CCTV everywhere nowadays Tongue
Or at least one other person in the whole entire building to notice what was going on... We think the grid is short staffed, what about the poor americans?!
Maybe it shows how cocky and totally evil sarah is to kill him so brazenly, maybe that is why I like her? Tongue

Death by mascara. It was horrible to watch. Ruth's agonizing over the fact that there are no more horses in modern-day warfare and Adam's on a course learning how to lift his knuckles off the ground. So, you'll have to make do with me, I'm afraid.

They used to do a lot of shots with Malcolm observing, looking portentous and waiting for computer searches, etc, to finish. Tariq isn't the portentous type, but he does a lot of observing because there doesn't seem to be much for the techie guy to do in this series

RE: Episode 4 Discussion
No one has started the ep 5 thread yet.

Take it back. It didn't show up on the page when I looked first.

Rooftop scene:
Beth and Dmitri sneak up and disarm Lucas, cuff him and lead him away.
Lucas screams, "No Harry please, I'd rather die!"

Harry: "We're sending you to rehab ................. in Texas."

Actually I thought they were moving, because you can see a few desks, all very desolate, it doesn't look like a real office.

I believe it was meant to be a surreptitious listening/observation post as I don't think the UK govt would particularly appreciate a permanent CIA spy center on British soil. Of course, everyone seemed to know it was there so it seems much ado about nothing!Tongue

RE: Episode 4 Discussion
I just watched this episode again and it is by far the better...
The scene with Lucas and sarah is the best this year....Not because of her acting, but because of his acting and build up

RE: Episode 4 Discussion
Two possibilities: 1) either Darshavin and Sarah were actually working together, or 2) since Darshavin wants to control Lucas, he doesn't want to give him any info that doesn't work in his favor. Sarah's report to the CIA is extraneous to Darshavin's plan.

Also, Darshavin tells Lucas at the end of the ep not to trust anyone -- he can certainly be talking about Sarah, at that point.

It seems like he still wants to control Lucas.....

I think that by the end of the ep, Darshavin knew he wasn't going to live much longer, given that he was handed back to the FSB, and he was actually trying to help Lucas.
