RE: [spoilers] Spooks Actors - New Projects Thread
I don't know if anyone watched The Deep last Tuesday, on again tonight BBC1, but the baby Home Sec was in it. Played a bit of a nasty bloke from the Government.

I watched The Deep, I think the character Tobias Menzies plays is so much like the New Home secretary character in Spooks. (I only watched it for James Nesbitt !)

Yes, it was almost like he was the Home Sec, but in a submarine wearing an awful woolly jumper!

Hahaha Anyhow he did remind me of the home sec lol but I feel so guilty after condemning the home sec to be evil/nightingale I am hoping raymond really is Tongue

So he was only in one episode, but he was really good in it so he warrants mention here. Alexander Siddig (Khaldun in 2.2) is in a new film called 'Cairo Time' with the as-near-to-perfect-as-can-be Patricia Clarkson.

I haven't seen it yet but it looks brilliant and it's nice to see him in a leading role.

Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature

I seem to remember there being snippets of it on ITV's Autumn drama trailers quitre recently. May not have been that specific trailer, but I'm 96% certain it was.
