RE: [spoilers] Ruth
She was close to both, I think. She references in the Personnel files being close to her father, and the background report on her says that she's remained close to her mother after the remarriage.
DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
So Ruth sings in a choir? Has this been mentioned before in Spooks? Apart from that episode where she stalked that guy, but that was a scratch concert, so not a regular choir that she was a member of.

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I found out recently (thanks to almh) that Ruth was a proficient musician - high levels in both violin and piano at school/university. I suspect the choir thing might have been since she returned, maybe her staking out a claim for some type of life since returning to the Grid.
Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I was rather pleasantly surprised with her having Grade 8 violin and Piano. (Need to check again). Can't get better grades than that! But we hadn't heard of her singing before-hand.

Is there anything she isn't good at? |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
Field work, if we take 8.8, 4.? as examples Oh, and it says in the Personnel files how appallingly she did in the fieldwork side of things.

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
8.8 wasn't her fault!!! She was good with Angela in the Diana epi
But yes, the personnel files says it clearly, she's bad at field work, and she's not good at being calm under pressure, which is true if we look to 8.1; but not a good example personal life at stake... According to Personnel files it was 1.3 over 5, what do you think? "Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt" Pactum serva |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I don't think it's her strongest point.
Personally though i don't think she did too bad in 4.1/4.2. She kept up cover rather well until she got what she wanted and managed to get them away from the 'baddie'. I don't think thats entirely poor. Codename Kirayuki: Vid Maker. H/R & Ruth fan. |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I suppose... she was good with Angela, but that wasn't properly undercover - that was lying.
