Harry will not die. Peter Firth has stated throughout the shows run so far that he has no intention of leaving the show. Only way to leave is when the actors tell the producers at the beginning of filming that they are leaving.

Spooks without Harry would just be wrong!!! He's the daddy! He looks out for his team like they were his family, though this family has seen many changes over the years! So he has to be rescued!
