No contest.....Sarah.....for being as Lucas said "a liar, a murderer, a self-serving traitor, not just to your own country, but to humanity in general. You disgust me."

Even in her hospital room, she tried to persuade Lucas to run away with her......not that she cared for him at all....he was just expedient.

She was a snob......selfish and elitist and she had no conscience......

and her accent was rubbish!

Ah but when Lucas said that stuff to her he didn't sound confident - more like he'd gone in there with a list of things to say, trying to talk himself out of his feelings. When Sarah pleaded to go away with him he said "You're insane" but maintained eye contact for a little longer than reasonable - he was thinking about possibilities I'm sure of it.

I agree and that is well said. I felt so sorry for Lucas in the episodes where he had to deal with Sarah and her betrayal.

As far as the most hated character, Darshovin and all the mental bs that he put Lucas through right up to the end of that whole episode.

Most hated character in Season 8 has got to be Russell Price; and what a lovely send-off he had. Nothing less than he deserved!

I really don't want to believe that Roz has died. She played such a fantastic part. She must be a cat so please let her have another life. Maybe she was further away from the bomb than it looked! I can only live in hope. Also the HS who is/was a good guy despite Harry's reservations. He can't be gone after only one episode.

I would like both Tariq and Ruth to have bigger roles in the next series. Tariq is a naturally brilliant Techie and Ruth is perfect as the calming, all-knowing almost matriarchal guardian angel. I reckon she could be Harry's replacement should the unthinkable happen; and Tariq could be a male Roz if the real Roz has been killed off. He seems really cool and laid back but probably has a ruthless streak as well.

.. not that I don't like him, I reckon he's underused and should get a bigger role in the future... and laid-back might be one way to descibe him (tho I think that, while confident of his skills, he's still still somewhat afraid of making mistakes or disappointing the rest of the gang) but ruthless?
...nah.

oh, and nothing's ever gonna happen to Harry, Ruth wouldn't let it.. Wink

I don't think Ruth will be able to cope with Harry's position... I think she's too emotional to do that...

Tariq ruthless? Really? He seemed pretty timid to me. Especially when in the field.

Tariq couldn't be ruthless, he is much like Ruth in that regard, not going along with the big picture (saving millions at the cost of one or two lives.) Tariq could develop a crush on Ruth, unrequited of course but it would drive Harry bonkers. Hey, good idea.

I think my most hated is any and all of those who took hostages in the series. That kind of situation makes me ill. I don't even hate the potential suicide bombers as much as those people since they are being manipulated by those who use the gullible for their ends and would never have the guts to do what they ask others to do.

Hi TygerBright - glad I made you laugh; I agree with you really, I guess Tariq couldn't possibly be the new Ros but I was giving him the benefit of having at least a bit of a ruthless streak. Nobody could be Ros of course except Ros herself. I still harbour hopes of her having survived along with the HS, if only because I cannot see the reason why the new HS would be killed off in his first appearance - it just doesn't seem logical. Can't wait for the next series
