OMG!!!! I've just spent an hour watching Spooks being filmed on London's south bank (directly opposite the MI-5 building)!!!! Episode 4 apparently.

Peter Firth was there...[I'm still shaking!!!!]

It was raining a bit, so PF under an umbrella quite a bit. I managed to get some photos on my phones, which I'll post tonight.

WOW, you were so lucky Picard1109, not only to see filming going on, but to see Peter!! I am glad though Kudos is keeping up with the filming even in bad weather. Looking forward to the photos. I am sure we will have loads more questions once you post them. Well done you.

So, I'm still getting over the adrenalin rush from being about 10 ft away from Peter Firth...good old Jack Daniels is helping nicely.

Silverbirch: it was just PF with an Oriental actor (see photos). Make what you will of it. I couldn't hear what was said but that location is usually where Harry goes to have a quiet word with a foreign agent...

What was really interesting was watching PF 'morph' from Peter to Harry. One second, he was laughing, smiling Peter...then his face 'shifted' into Harry. It was quite amazing to watch.

The photos aren't brilliant quality, I'm afraid - wretched camera phone, and it was quite dark because of the rain. I've had to brighten the images, which detracts from the quality. Still, hopefully you'll see what was going on. Photo of PF in big parka was a rehearsal shot - he was in his usual Harry dark Crombie coat for the takes.

Great pics thanks for posting them picard1109. i like the one of Peter getting his make up touched up, he didn't appear to be enjoying it although i expect he has to keep his face still for that.

No, I think the make-up and hair touch-ups were under sufferance... The make-up woman was funny - she and a young production assistant came into the bus shelter, where I was standing, to ogle a big ad for Aussie underwear (which had a very fit man just in red jersey shorts) and proceeded to point out all the things wrong with him...Peter was looking over and smiling.
