Thanks for the link Aria. I wonder if its just Lucas or Spooks as a whole though. Perhaps the writers are reverting back to the genre of earlier series, where there were less guns blazing etc

I for one do hope so as I find intrigue on the Grid far more fascinating and thrilling than all that gun waving on the streets of London and Lucas undoubtedly has just as much brain as brawn.

That was my first thought as well when I read the article. It would be a natural progression - but then maybe that's where one of the new characters come in & is made section head instead of Lucas and causes tension and an "ultimate" betrayal.
