How come we get Lucas in the shower? What about a Harry shower scene? Sorry...will behave now. Really liking this and wondering what will happen. The start of a long day I bet on the Grid. Please keep H/R happy, together, drinking hot milk before bedtime.

Great start, but now I'm wondering if there really is a Scotland Yard board game?

There is, you can wiki it Ros might have been *slightly* too old for it, but I couldn't resist.

Like someone already said you get such a good grasp on the Lucas' character and the story, as usual, looks like it is going to be another really interesting one. I also loved the little HR part, nice to see them as a normal couple, awwww... |

RE: 'For his first trick, the terrorist presents....'
There then, I've finally got round to reading it, at least a first time. Will most likely go over it again (reading between the lines?). And it's a very fetching first chapter, definitely intrigued where you might take them.
Contrary to popular belief (and probably some of my utterances here or there) I'm rather more interested in Lucas' soul than his (admittedly gorgeous) body.. and I'm glad you're looking into his dreams and demons. It has been mystifying me how he could come back from that 8-year-long hell and just move on (I understand his need for "normalcy" but that's probably easier wished for than achieved). Sure the writers give us the odd flashback but rarely a glimpse of how he copes with these events in everyday life. I couldn't begin to understand how you pick up the pieces and try to rebuild your life. Not to mention the things he sees and does in his job. I'm dying to read your take on it.. And no, I don't mind shower scenes but like boiler suits they have a feeling of gratuity.. I know you wanted to make us LucasLadies happy, and I thank you for the intention but as said before, I'd rather take a closer look at his mind and soul Totally liked his view of Ruth, would love to see that reciprocated..they are so much alike in so many regards.. Looking forward to some action, pictures of what might be going on in that dark head of his, more Ros scenes (preferably interaction with Lucas - these two have a lot in common too...) and no, I don't mind H/R scenes... rather liked the little domestic drabble So - I guess there's lots more I meant to say (if I had written down my thoughts right upon reading it I'd probably remember ) but for now this: You certainly have my attention, go on then and give us the next chapter |
