Being a bit of a cynic, do you think that was a deliberate leak by Kudos?

Come on, the man has been in many tv programmes and knows how the industry works, must have an Agent, must have signed a contract, must have read the contract or had it explained to him. The contract must have had various confidentiality clauses in it and Kudos must have spoken to him. So why then after he gets the job, he just goes and puts up an entry on twitter for the whole world to read?

It doesn't quite ring true to me that you would do that as an actor who MUST have a contract in place, unless someone told you to do it.

I just remember the whole Harry and Ruth "mobile phone" photos last year....

It is not unusual for studios and production companies to "leak" info through people involved in their projects. If Kudos wanted Max Brown's signing not to be known, he and his agent would have been told in very specific language that this was the case.

Victor Zaragoza (http://www.victorzaragoza.co.uk) tweeted that he's filming Spooks. Judging by his previous work it seems likely that he'd only be in one episode or so

Where is this information trickling from though ?

I did think Victor looked a bit like a killer from his photo, rather than a potential section-D member. I dont think we have heard much from the Colombians in Spooks,
