RE: Weird and Wonderful stories from around the World
The dog was dead before it was placed in the bin. According to the vet that examined it, it had signs of struggle with another large animal. But what a creepy thing to do. Almost looks like a mafia style warning, doesn't it?

Of course, these days, it could be considered art, as strange as that is.
I am so pleased that the dog had not been left to die like that. Lucas 8.4: It's all about trust, isn't Harry ?. Signature by the brilliant TygerBright |

The ball above the Temple of Rock is supposed to be some sort of alien ship?! Spooky if you ask me! It's "a struggle for heaven and earth. Where there is one law: fight or die. And one rule: resist or serve."

Malawi to consider a public farting ban. Good job it's not being considered in the UK... Mind you, cops would have difficulty proving it - the evidence will have disappeared into thin air! Mind you, I wouldn't mind making spitting on the street a punishable offence...that's just disgusting and ill-mannered. "Where's Harry?" "Moving in mysterious ways." |

I'm with you on the spitting. We have a hostage "situation" on our hands. I heard that they cut a finger off and sent it to Jim Skinner at MDHQ. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20110203/od_...ldsoffbeat I'm kind of rooting for them. Have a nice day! Now cracks a noble heart. Thanks for posting that A Cousin, made me laugh. Definitely on the side of the 'kidnappers', but I bet someone will take it too seriously.

Not weird, and clearly not wonderful: think of it more as a test of your faith in human nature...
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2011/feb/27...-far-right Essentially, people were asked: Would you be happier being a biggot if you thought you looked less like a biggot? And 48% of those asked said: Yes |

Interesting report binkie, although it seemed that a lot of ideas were 'lumped' together.
I'd support the flying of union flags from public buildings - there isn't enough flag-flying in this country!! Lucas 8.4: It's all about trust, isn't Harry ?. Signature by the brilliant TygerBright |
