Oooh I got so excited when I saw Daniel Mays in the advert. I've read that he plays the police officer investigating Gene shooting Alex I LOVE him haha He is a great actor and now Friday cannot come quickly enough.

I rewatched the last ep of s2 and the behind the scenes doc and it sounds like this is going to be a phenomenal series Anybody got any theories on who Gene is what will happen?

I feel I will need to watch it again to discuss as I'd had a bit too much red wine yesterday to fully understand what was going on. I think it was very good though but I got very annoyed that episode 2 will not be shown for two weeks because of the golf. I think I ranted a bit about the BBC and the licence fee while my husband was jumping up and down with excitment about the golf...grrrrh !!!

At the start I thought it was going to be crap because of that awful dream sequence of Gene shooting the robbers after a car chase, the music was dreadful.

But after that it picked up and was back on form, loved that Alex was the first one to say "Fire up the Quattro" in this episode. Kinda lead to my new title!
