It's funny. I think it was pretty clear what happened to Sam at the end of Life On Mars.

Is A2A a high rating show in the UK? It's never taken off here really. I must admit, for the first time, I'm actually tempted to watch this.

I don't even know if it's even aired in the US. I watched part of season 1 at a friend's house. I'm not sure where she got it.

It's pretty decent. I just wish it wasn't attached to Life on Mars. To me LOM was a complete package.

Yes, you're right bertowud, LOM was just perfect; there's no need of further explanation...

Anyway, I quite enjoy A2A, I love Gene, he was better in LOM, but he's so great!!

I never watched Life on Mars.. Maybe that is why I love A2A so much because I have nothing to compare it to..
What does happen to the guy in it then lol?

Gene Hunt is great. In the episodes I've seen of A2A, it feels like we're getting Gene Lite.

YourFutureMuse, if you haven't LOM it, you really should.

Yes, you should watch LOM, YourFutureMuse, it's one of my favourite series appart from Spooks obviously

A2A improves during the series, it's watchable and now I like it and I'm hooked (not very difficult in my case), but I'll always prefer LOM I think that's the main problem, you compare it with LOM (I'll give it a 10/10). if I hadn't watched LOM I think I'd enjoy it more.
