RE: What music are you into?
I have a really bizarre taste in music lol - My friends tease me because when my ipod is on shuffle it can go from something like Orgy to Mozart and then to 50 cent lol.. I mainly like classical, Jazz and pop though My favourites are Muse, Coldplay, Badly Drawn Boy ( love the about a boy soundtrack ) , Gwen Stefani, Lily Allen, Jay Z, Depeche Mode and well there are loads more but I will end the list there I also have a few guilty pleasures like Taylor Swift and Hilary Duff lol

I've seen Brian May but to have seen Freddie I'm sure would have been unforgettable. I've seen all of the above (including Freddie). Not into heavy metal so much these days, although I can never resist Maiden - their shows are always blinding. I'm more into indie these days, but like a wide range of music. Got a long list of favourite bands, but the ones who are always great live probably top the list - Maiden, as already said, White Stripes (Jack White is GOD), Pearl Jam, Pixies, Manic Street Preachers, Ash, James, Squeeze (still go & see Glen Tilbrook & Chris Difford whenever either of them play), Kaiser Chiefs, Killers... sorry I'll stop before you fall asleep. As a general rule, I hate musicals, although I quite enjoyed Priscilla Queen of The Desert when I went to see the stage show with the girls from work. |

RE: What music are you into?
I quite like musicals, but there are some musicals that I didn't enjoy. (There are some that are just pointless...)
I used to be a massive fan of Queen about a year ago, but I went off them because their songs started to irritate me. DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: What music are you into?
I'm having one of those weeks where I listen to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds obsessively. Nick Cave is one of my favourite songwriters and Ed Kuepper (of the Saints, The Laughing Clowns and his solo work) has just joined the band, so I expect their next album to be better than ever. It;s hard to be prolific and brilliant, but these guys manage it.

RE: What music are you into?
I go from metal/industrial/rock to Celtic/gaelic stuff, with a bit of cheese and randoms inbetween, so yeah... really don't like rap/r'n'b although there are certain song exceptions there.

RE: What music are you into?
This week I have been listening lots to Neko Case, The Decemberists and Grizzly Bear who are all out here for the Sydney Festival. Finally got to see Neko Case live in one of my favourite venues in Sydney and she was AMAZING!!! One of the people in Angel Place told her to turn the amps down and as she put it: "This is a fucking rock concert, the amps need to be turned up."
Angel Place is usually used for classical concerts, I should point out. I've sung in many of them. I think whoever it was probably bought tickets thinking she was some quasi classical singer and was sorely disappointed. Hilarious!! Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: What music are you into?
Oh wow!!!
I've been taking my revenge on iTunes this week by buying the instrumental covers of my favourite songs. This is because recently I found out that they had increased the price of popular songs to £0.99, so this way I get to listen to good music but for £0.20 cheaper. So at the moment I'm quite into the Vitamin String Quartet and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (My mind works in strange ways, I know.) DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: What music are you into?
I have a very varied taste in music, and it changes VERY often, but the one thing that remains constant is that I love soundtracks.
Disney soundtracks are always up there, as are the Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, The Da Vinci Code and Robin Hood soundtracks, and of course the Spooks ones! |

The torchwood children of earth theme is marvellous.
Seriously, I could talk on this thread every day. So I usually just come and talk about whatever albums I'm listening to every week or so. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |
