RE: [spoilers] Harry and Ruth: Back With A Vengeance?
I've went into the library today to see if my copy of Harry's Diary I have on request is in yet, it wasn't. Another Spooks fan has it out apparently. Please bring it back, I need to reread it!
Don't think it's going to help me much. I am off to Google all the new female cast members? Harry and Ruth boring? Season 9 rubbish? You watching the same show as me? I did actually make a carrot cake today, and before I read Ian Wylie's blog. It's a sign, it's a sign! |

There's a Spooks Cake Club! o:O
No love triangle please. It was bad enough for one episode of ashes to ashes. |

Ian Wylie is such a tease, bringing this blog out so early. It's SUCH a long time 'til September! I'm wishing the Summer away.

Also I can't really see Ruth questioning her loyalty to Harry because of Omega and something he did 30 years ago and was sanctioned by MI6. It has to be something else. I can see them bringing that back. Series 10 Spoiler: show I could see Ruth in her current mood not being that impressed by that turn of events. She wasn't very forgiving about any weakness shown by Harry in season 9. If the event from his past further challenges her view of the man she used to put on such a pedestal, I think she would hesitate in standing by him. That said, against all reason, I still hope for a silver lining with these two, so I'm first in line for the SCC. Pactum Serva, no? |

I can see what you are saying Silktie but I think I would still find that hard to believe, that she wouldn't support Harry because he

Check all the ages of new female cast members to see how much of an age gap there is between her and Harry, see if it could be linked back to his past? Always important to check out the opposition!! On the subject of carrot cake, we have a family tradition of making a carrot cake before the arrival of a new baby to keep mum going in that first week. I am feeling lots of similiarities here. Nine months of suspense and speculation: will the day ever arrive, will everyone be ok, what new challenges lie ahead? Finally the happy day is here. Out with the cake. Followed by smiles, tears, sleepless nights, exhaustion, joy. Yup, carrot cake it is, then. |

^You could make a Spooks cake a month as a kind of oddly awesome count down
