RE: BBC Trailer
Just saw the whole trailer on my big screen TV for the first time on the BBC... I have to say both Harry and Dimitri look even more gorgeous Big Grin
And that scene with
Series S10 Spoiler: show
Harry at the window and at the end.... he just looks so upset, like he's lost everything or lost hope... poor Harry, I hope this series doesnt pan out too badly for him

I'm convinced that line is at the end "You Brits"... it could be either though

Oh I totally agree!
Series Series10 Spoiler: show
An affair, much like the one with Juliet I didn't mind too much, sure the tension was a little annoying when we knew Harry liked Ruth... I hope too that S10 doesn't go down the affair son/daughter route, it's very cliche and too soap opera-like for Spooks really Wink But is that enough to make Harry THAT upset as he was in the trailer? Is it enough for him to question himself?

A little off topic,...
Back in topic I was surprised Erin and Calum didnt feature at all... suppose they will though in the full S10 trailer when it's shown Wink

RE: BBC Trailer
Harry does look sad - heart broken even.Sad

Spoiler: show
Perhaps the sad face is because he gets fired/suspended, or it may be because of Lucas' death. It may not be caused by Ruth at all.

Whatever the reason he looks like he could do with a group hug!

RE: BBC Trailer
I just came on here for the first time in ages and saw all this. Trouble is I am supposed to be knocking out 20 or so thank you notes for my son who is too small to write that many. I am going to have to be disciplined and come back and watch the clip later! Arrrgh!!!! Not fair.

Series series 10 Spoiler: show
With Spooks, anything could happen. Who would have expected 8.1? Harry could be upset and frightened if there is a hint that he is a Russian double-agent. I agree with other forums that Harry’s secret touches both his professional and personal life, which is devastating for him. But a Russian Cold War liaison is as cliché as a Russian offspring. A betrayal by Harry does not make sense; it would destroy the spirit of Spooks and any chance of happiness with Ruth.

Series series 10 Spoiler: show
I thought that some storylines dealt with the Middle-East riots, but there is no information about any actor who might play an Arab character. There is plenty of information about actors playing Russian characters. I hope that Ruth with her Arabic language skills and her stay in Cyprus is not somehow involved in a secret that distresses Harry. He has got enough on his plate with his own secret.

I can't wait for the trailers with the bench scene and the beach scene.

RE: BBC Trailer
Anyone seen the Spooks teaser clip in HD on TV? Is it me or is that a tear that drops from Harry's right eye, off his nose? It's hard to see clearly. But there's a flash there. You can't see it on the YouTube version. ??

Would really like to see that! But no hope unless it's posted on YT.

Really hoping that this teaser relates to the first or second eps and it's all related to the inquiry etc. and that the other eps move on from it. As much as I love Harry action, I so so so hope the story arc isn't the downfall and destruction of Harry Pearce. Sad

I do agree with you... we all know how those destructions/downfalls of Spooks characters tend to end... ThcussingSuicida

RE: BBC Trailer
I find it interesting that, if indeed Harry sheds a tear, it will be the only time since S1 (correct me if I am wrong), when he was accused by Tessa of betraying his colleague in Northern Ireland. He was shattered when Ruth left in 5.5 and when she risked death in 8.1 and 9.8., but he did not openly cry. I don't think that he cried when Danny, Colin, Adam, Jo and Ros died.

Is Spooks trying to send us a message that the secret of Harry might be more professional than personal? Spooks has mastered the art of confusing its viewers, at least me, with red herrings.
