RE: [spoilers] Harry and Ros
Good points JHyde.
Well all I can say is that she didnt hide very well, staying in a private hotel rather than a safe house, drinking in a public bar, and smashing her room up. I do agree that they are very similar in the way they handle things. Also Ros smiles about just as much as Harry, which is never really. |

Trust Tea Lady to make the pragmatic points!
Yes and they both look lovely when they smile. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

Cant do it twice in a month. Anyway, Ros has sort of turned into Harry in a way. She thinks like him and takes risks like Harry did when he was younger. Ros has no family really and I doubt her father wants anything to do with her after she joined Harry's team. She has no children or siblings. Rather like Harry. |

I'm still laughing at Hanky-Panky!!
Now seriously, I agree, they are very much alike, the HS was right when he said that. "Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt" Pactum serva |

Was it really just a drink? Why didnt he phone her and tell her he was coming? Was Harry already drunk? Why didnt he just ask her for a drink after work had finished that day, instead of following her to her hotel? I always saw this as Harry being unable to deal with the loss of Adam in his usual solitary way, and his turning to Ros because he knew that she would understand and keep it confidential. I agree with JHyde, they're very similar in the way they cope and the way they deal with their lives and environments. "What is the truth?" "Betrayal is a cancer. Let it eat your soul, not mine." "Please tell me this isn't going where I think it's going." |
